Onyx is made from a blend of nylon and short chopped strands of carbon fibre. This careful combination of high quality ingredients results in a material that is extremely tough, stiff and temperature resistant, with a smooth and pleasing satin black finish.
CFR 3D printing with Onyx is similar in many ways to FDM 3D Printing, but has tighter tolerances and higher dimensional accuracy. Parts made from Onyx can also be made from FBGR Onyx, which adds continuous fibreglass strands at key locations to further increase stiffness and durability.

FBGR Onyx
Flame retardant resin has UL 94 V-0 blue card certification and can be successfully used for a wide variety of different engineering applications.
Flame Retardant Resin
This material offers the greatest design freedom as it prints support-free. Good for production runs, as it is more scalable than other materials.
